- Free break-in servicing, no time limit.
- Buy always for the lowest price the manufacture will allow. No smoke and mirrors, ever.
- Return and exchange policy, If the bike is new (no signs of wear or dirt) 30 days no problem, no charge.
- No pressure to buy, ever.
- Test rides highly encouraged.
- Special order? No problem, why buy what we have in stock if it isn’t what you’re looking for? Whose money is it?
- Wide selection of products and brands to choose from.
- Knowledgeable staff, if we don’t know the answer we will find out. We know a lot, but humbly admit we don’t know everything.
- Pay for an extended warranty? No way. If it’s our responsibility we will gladly take care of the problem, no time limit.
- Professional assembly, No flunkies allowed here.
- Shop owners and management should be available locally (We all live in Menifee).
- Convenient hours (Open 7 days).
- Family friendly (We are family owned).
- Experienced staff (Owner has 32 years, rest of staff 50 years combined)
- Your shop should have a solid relationship with all of their suppliers. Not every shop does.
- Should a warranty issue arise your shop should treat you the same way they did when they didn’t have your money.
- Available brands should be from reputable suppliers who stand behind their products. (You might be surprised what some brands pass off as good service).
- You can expect to be greeted warmly.
- Free estimate and no obligation on all repairs.
